We had a nice stay overall, with clean and comfortable rooms. The dining experience was decent, especially the carvery, but the breakfast could definitely use improvement. Some staff were pleasant while others were a bit dismissive, which affected our experience. Overall, the hotel has potential but some areas need attention.

During my stay at the hotel, I found it to be clean and comfortable, with a great location right opposite the Eden Park railway station, making travel into London a breeze.
